Cancel a subscription
Cancel or downgrade billing while keeping data export and deletion choices separate.
Problem
You want to stop paid billing or move to a lower plan.
Steps
- Open settings and billing.
- Review current plan, renewal date, invoices, and usage.
- Open the billing portal if enabled.
- Cancel or downgrade.
- Export important data before deleting the account.

Troubleshooting
- If the portal is unavailable, contact support.
- Cancellation does not automatically delete data.
