Export your data

Problem

You need a copy of your workspace data for backup, coaching, migration, or deletion preparation.

Steps

1. Open profile export.
2. Choose the available data categories.
3. Request or download the export.
4. Review the file before deleting anything.
5. Store the export somewhere secure.

Troubleshooting

• If an export is still processing, wait for the ready notification.
• If data is missing, check whether the feature was used in the workspace.
• Do not share exports publicly without redacting private information.
