Connect the extension
Troubleshoot extension connection health, version checks, and stale browser sessions.
Problem
The extension is installed but the workspace does not show a healthy connection.
Steps
- Open the extension popup.
- Confirm you are signed in.
- Click connect or reconnect.
- Refresh the job page.
- Check diagnostics for heartbeat, version, permissions, and last error.

Troubleshooting
- If the heartbeat is stale, reload the extension.
