Privacy FAQ
Privacy matters because a career workspace contains sensitive personal and professional information.
What is privacy in ApplyHolic?
privacy is part of the ApplyHolic career operating system: resumes, ATS checks, job matching, tracking, CRM, interviews, offers, and consent-first automation live in one workspace.
Does ApplyHolic guarantee interviews or offers?
No. ApplyHolic helps you prepare stronger materials, prioritize better-fit jobs, and stay organized. Employers still make screening, interview, and hiring decisions.
Can I use it on mobile?
Yes. Public pages and workspace flows are designed for mobile and desktop, with compact cards, readable spacing, and touch-friendly actions.
What happens if my data is missing?
The workspace shows empty states and next steps rather than pretending data exists. You can add resumes, jobs, documents, contacts, answers, or consent settings when you are ready.
What data can ApplyHolic store?
Depending on what you use, it can store resumes, job records, documents, application history, profile details, contacts, interviews, offers, usage events, and consent settings.
Can I export my data?
The platform includes profile/export routes so users can request or download their own career workspace data where supported.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Account deletion should remove or anonymize data according to the retention policy and legal requirements.
Is extension browsing history collected?
The extension should collect only the job or workflow information needed for the features you use, not unrelated browsing activity.
