Does ApplyHolic guarantee interviews or offers?
No. ApplyHolic helps you prepare stronger materials, prioritize better-fit jobs, and stay organized. Employers still make screening, interview, and hiring decisions.
Can I use it on mobile?
Yes. Public pages and workspace flows are designed for mobile and desktop, with compact cards, readable spacing, and touch-friendly actions.
What happens if my data is missing?
The workspace shows empty states and next steps rather than pretending data exists. You can add resumes, jobs, documents, contacts, answers, or consent settings when you are ready.
Where do I cancel?
Use the billing page or customer portal when billing is active. If you cannot access it, contact support.
Will my data be deleted when I cancel?
Cancellation and deletion are separate. You can cancel billing and still request export or deletion according to the data policy.
Can I downgrade instead?
Yes, where supported. Downgrades should clearly show which entitlements or limits will change.
Do refunds happen automatically?
