Security FAQ
Security surfaces should explain what the system does, what it will not do, and how users can report concerns.
What is security in ApplyHolic?
security is part of the ApplyHolic career operating system: resumes, ATS checks, job matching, tracking, CRM, interviews, offers, and consent-first automation live in one workspace.
Does ApplyHolic guarantee interviews or offers?
No. ApplyHolic helps you prepare stronger materials, prioritize better-fit jobs, and stay organized. Employers still make screening, interview, and hiring decisions.
Can I use it on mobile?
Yes. Public pages and workspace flows are designed for mobile and desktop, with compact cards, readable spacing, and touch-friendly actions.
What happens if my data is missing?
The workspace shows empty states and next steps rather than pretending data exists. You can add resumes, jobs, documents, contacts, answers, or consent settings when you are ready.
What happens with CAPTCHA, login, or 2FA?
No. CAPTCHA, login challenges, 2FA, suspicious-activity screens, and unknown security blockers stop the workflow and require user action.
Can AutoPilot submit applications without my consent?
No. Employer-facing automation requires explicit consent, supported platform confidence, required answers, document readiness, and safety policies.
What happens when required answers are missing?
The workflow pauses as needs user or review required. ApplyHolic should not guess personal, legal, work authorization, compensation, or employer-specific answers.
How should vulnerabilities be reported?
Use the vulnerability disclosure page or support contact so the team can triage the issue responsibly.
Why are diagnostics important?
Diagnostics make failures observable by showing connection health, blockers, last errors, and required user actions.
